About PrimeEdge Surgical

Manufacturing precision from the world's surgical instrument capital.

Founded in 2020 and led by Founder & CEO Muhammad Ayaan, PrimeEdge Surgical is built on Sialkot’s century-old tradition of surgical instrument craftsmanship — paired with modern CNC machining and disciplined quality control.

We manufacture across ten surgical specialties, from orthopedic and spinal instrumentation to ophthalmic and micro-surgical tools, working in surgical-grade stainless steel, titanium and tungsten carbide to serve hospitals, distributors and OEM partners internationally.
